Hong Kong Travel Diary 2014 - Day 1 - Ocean Park

Even as a kid, I've always had this fantasy of living under the sea.
Given the opportunity to spend my last November weekend in another country, we found ourselves in Asia's World City, Hong Kong. First on the itinerary is the Ocean Park.
Being one of the two biggest theme parks in Hong Kong, your day will never be dull with so much things awaiting for you to discover. It is a marine mammal park, oceanarium, animal theme park and an amusement park all packed into one.
Ocean Park also has its Giant Panda Adventure corner wherein you'll see this adorable temperate forest resident from the Mainland... munching away those bamboo leaves like there's no tomorrow, eep! eep! eeep! eeeeeeeeeeeep!
And since he is too adorable, I can't stop myself... let me add two more cutiepie(eeeeeep!) Panda photos.
And even in their souvenir stores... you cannot escape the adorable wrath of the Panda bears.
We had a very satisfying lunch at a Chicken place within the park, that got me all fired up. But nothing is ever complete without dessert right?
We got ourselves this square cone sundaes to complete the whole theme park food ritual.
Ocean Park so unbelievably large, and crowded. It was such a hit and miss for our first "tourist" within the Fragrant Harbour territory. But I guess, it was a good start to get a grasp of what's coming ahead(people, lots of people, more like rude kind of people, and lots and lots of people).
