The Seoul Food Diary: Day 6 - Seoul Culture Day Dinner
Friday, December 05, 2014
Good food, great friends, and sharing memorable stories are one of the most ideal things to do to end the day. And that is what we did after our long and productive Seoul Culture Day.
We had the classic chicken flavor and the garlic and soy sauce? Both tasted so divine, I swear. Nothing beats Koreans and their chicken. Which lead us to ordering another dish which was called Snow? Where in the chicken was bathed with melted mozarella cheese and sprinkled with delectable Parmesan.
I kid you not... at first it was alright. Then the next thing I know all of us turned red and sweaty as the spiciness made its way into our mouths. What a dish.
Though you made us blank because of your hidden spicy charms, I still miss you Snow? dish.
The last stop for our dinner date was this curious little store by the clothes lane of Hongdae, Sweet Monster.
A one man shop filled with colorful monsters, definitely cute cups and things, and the aroma of sweet popcorn. It was cold, yet we didn't care.
We found ourselves walking around the streets of Hongdae sharing one cup of the said delight. We were even able to watch the Song Triplets' episode!
Thank you for the Chicken Dinner and Ice Cream Unjee!

Hi! Do you mind sharing the directions to Sweet Monster?
ReplyDeleteHello there! I am currently on hiatus right now and was not able to reply ASAP regarding your query.
DeleteAs for the directions, it is mainly located in the Hongdae area. I cannot tell you exactly where it is, for my korean friend just guided us through the crowd.
