Rooftop Belles

November 9, 2014

There were a few things that concerned me during the whole duration of my Korea trip. One of them(being the major one, hashtag sorry not sorry) are my beloved plants.

You may judge me for thinking about them everyday, heck I was this close to packing them with me before I left. But I don't want to return, and see them all dried up, and suffering of dehydration, or sickness.

Luckily, my sister had been a great baby sitter to all of them, giving the TLC they needed. I returned with such mommy-like feelings. Proud, and happy to see them healthy and smiling.

The day after I returned from the land of cute things and Kimchi, my family decided to go on a roadtrip to our nearby semi-provincial hangout. I was tired, and still not even this close to being organized, but one thing I thought of lit me up... PLANTS!

I got myself two adorable, and undeniably beautiful darlings. Two which the seller didn't even tell me their type. All she said that the one is a button, and the other is a pink bell. So I went along with it. Because I can't help but adopt them.

I was honestly hoping to get myself more indoor plants. But I guess, it's time for me to branch out of the indoor plant scene. I placed the two beautiful gals on our little rooftop. Where I am planning to make a little flower garden eventually(Dad, if you are reading this... you better get ready.)

I sadly don't have names for them yet, since things regarding real life kind of surprised me. And I have to actually process and fix things first. For now, they're my two new rooftop belles. Who I hope and pray will grow prettier and happier everyday.

P.S

The little pink bell got a bit dehydrated and a little bit stressed whilst on the road. So she's still recovering from it. She looks abit dull for the meantime, that is why I have a few shots of her for now. I'm doing things for her to heal as soon as possible. I'm hoping for the best.
