Fun Fearless Female - is the issue's theme. And no one does FUN and FEARLESS more than Nadine Lustre.


I can't believe I just shamelessly asked someone to get me back copies of this year's February Issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine. Why, you ask? Because of this. I felt the need to get myself a copy NO MATTER WHAT. And I sure am delighted to finally have one with me! Thank you very much.


Fun Fearless Female - is the issue's theme. And no one does FUN and FEARLESS more than Nadine Lustre. Edgy, yet relatable. There is just something so endearing and amazing to actually see someone embracing her imperfections. She may have flaws, yes. But that doesn't make her bright burning star from shining. And that's one of her many traits that just swayed me in to liking Nadine. Not just as James' partner in crime, but Nadine as a human being.


But of course, it's never a Valentine's Day issue without the appearance of her most beloved reel other half, James. Who looks undeniably dashing in this feature. Guhhhh. 


I kept reminding myself this quote from Philip DeFranco where one should "Never base their reality on something that has been manufactured for the outside world to consume." 

But each and every time I tell that to myself, these "PARTNERS" find a way to shut it all down. For they have a way to make the REEL and REAL side of things to get all jumbled up, and my feelings just CANNOT with how TOO MUCH it is to handle. That in the end, I just can't.


The wonderful thing about this team is that everything just comes so naturally. And you can't help but be stuck in that JaDine rabbit hole of feelings(which I shamelessly discussed at the pharagraph above). And you just can't find yourself out. Luckily, there are still signboards that says "WE'RE A TEAM - FROM NADINE AND JAMES". Because that's what they are. They don't give you that paasa bullcrap.

Hingalin man ako sa kilig, each and every time they appear, go lang. I'm here to enjoy the ride, may it be REEL or REAL. Go lang, push nyo yan!


And as to Nadine, female of the hour. I must admit, James was the reason that got me interested in this team. But is was Nadine who gave me so many reasons to hold on and stay. A girl who is so careful, yet fearless all at the same time. Breaking walls, and facing doubters with class.

My list could go on all day, but one thing is for sure. She not only gave me the reason to smile, laugh, cry because of her continuously improving craft. But she also inspired me to welcome and grasp the concept of self love. A presence so bright, she doesn't only shine. But turns on the light for others who needs a them as well.
