November 27, 2015

Philippines' most loved pairing in television today graces the cover Starstudio Magazine for the month of December 2015. A holiday issue full of love, believing in love, and what made JaDine simply UNSTOPPABLE.

The beauty of the OTWOL brand is that you can put James' and Nadine's faces on practically anything, and people(like me!!!) will just practically eat it all up. No regrets. And that's what happened here with the featured item in this post. Forgive me for adding this totally irrelevant things about me: I'm never one to pick up entertainment magazines. And I never am invested in knowing too much about people in Philippine showbiz, for I only watch one local show, and one show only: On The Wings of Love.

In all honesty, I never really loved the turn out of the photos for this feature. Judging from the cover alone their faces looked a bit kind of cakey(hate on me all you want, but that's just me). The photos seem like the raw cuts, where It feels like they only adjusted the contrast and that's it.

Not that they don't look nice(they always look nice, faboulous even.), it's just not their most flattering shoot for a magazine to date(in my opinion). But who am I to complain? It's a showbiz magazine to begin with. So I should probably let it go, right? I even bought a copy, so... sheesh. (James' chest hair in one blew up photo, though...)

On the bright side, Starstudio gave us an in depth look on "Miss Independent" and "Dream Boy" lives - both as individuals and as a pair. From their earliest years(one of the hardest ones at that) to being one of Philippines' most successful pairings in Philippine TV History.

And get this, they even cooked their favorite holiday recipes along with their siblings too! (Both Tom and Naomi's first shoot for a magazine.) With their appeal cutting across generations and social classes, it's undeniable that this is just the beginning for JaDine. Here's to more years with these team!

If ever it's still available near bookstores near you,
don't hesitate to grab a copy of Starstudio's December 2015 Issue.
